Day 1 – Vancouver Kennel Club, Ridgefield, WA – DashDash earned her CD

BaeBea’s Dog Training (and Mt Hood DPC) was well represented at the Vancouver Kennel Club Obedience and Rally trial today.

DashDashCDDashDash, Azotar’s Incredible Too, earned her AKC Companion Dog title. Successfully qualifying for her third leg, with 191.5 and 3rd place at the novice level in obedience. DashDash also qualified for her second leg in Rally Advanced.

The rest of the dogs are working on their RAE legs. This title requires the dog/owner team to qualify in both Rally Advanced and Rally Excellent on the same day, 10 times. Today Lambert, Azotar’s RedRover RedRover earned his seventh RAE leg, Jedi, Hidden Acres Magic Jedi Princess v Wyndem earned her second and Tucker earned his first.

Most important of all though, all the dogs and their owners were having fun.  A happy dog performs better, as does a happy handler. Good work team!
